Instructions: Replacing the counting disc
Replacing the counting disc takes place in a few, clearly structured steps:
- Open the access door to the counting unit.
- Loosen the hexagon socket screw.
- Remove the current counting disc.
Note: To prevent the counting disc from falling and being damaged, place a cloth underneath the installed disc before removal. - Insert the new counting disc.
- Centre the counting disc beneath the transfer block.
- Gently press the counting disc against the transfer block.
- Rotate the counting disc until the drive pin of the shaft fully engages in one of the drive holes of the counting disc.
- Secure the counting disc using the hexagon socket screw (maximum tightening torque: 10 Nm).
Important note for proper operation
The counting disc must be installed in such a way that no vacuum loss occurs between the transfer block and the counting disc. To ensure optimal performance and process reliability, we also recommend replacing the adapter disc.
